The first known written mention of the mill in Loučky comes from 1545. Věra Králová, the successor of the Wesselsky family, has been in possession of the family property that the family has maintained for over 260 years.

Together with her husband, Jaroslav, she began the restoration of the cultural monument by restoring the unique slate roofs, under which hide the mill with its original technology and the original miller's bedroom, farmstead and newly furbished apartments.
